5. App-Specific Features
A. Text-to-Speech (Read Aloud)
Our "Read Aloud" feature uses your browser's built-in Web Speech API to read content aloud. This processing happens entirely on your device - no audio data is sent to our servers or any third party.
B. Wallpaper Generator
The wallpaper generator creates images from signal content entirely on your device using HTML Canvas. No images are uploaded to our servers. Generated wallpapers are downloaded directly to your device.
C. Daily Audit
Your daily audit entries (ratings, notes, highlights, and improvements) are stored on our secure servers to enable syncing across your devices and historical tracking.
D. Life Grid Visualization
Your date of birth is used to calculate your life progress and is stored both locally on your device (for offline access) and on our servers (for syncing).
E. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver daily signals and reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
F. Authentication
We use JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for secure authentication. Tokens are stored locally on your device and transmitted securely via HTTPS.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
