By accessing or using the Sovereign Daily Stoic ("tkr.life") mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

tkr.life provides users with tools for practical Stoic discipline, life visualization, daily morning reflections, evening ledgers, and focus cultivation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECURITY: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Elite Subscriptions

Some features are exclusive to "Sovereign" or "Elite" members. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and managed via Google Play, Apple App Store, or our web billing portal.

Billing: Fees are processed transparently and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your platform app settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its Living Classical Stoic design, code, typography, and curated transmissions, is the property of tkr.life and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. tkr.life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

tkr.life is a philosophical and utility companion. It does not provide professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
